This evangelistic baseball ministry was given birth as part of the life changing witness of the Rev. “Coach” Rob Callistro, a former professional pitcher with the Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox organizations. Following Rob’s release from professional baseball his life went through a period of questioning, doubt, and self destructive behavior. He desperately struggled to find purpose and hope for his life. In the midst of the life defining “game” he was playing, Rob found himself face to face with his faith and with God. He had never faced an opponent so challenging, so loving, and so forgiving.Rob was defeated by the overwhelming love and forgiveness of Christ and from that point on, has dedicated his life’s work to presenting the Good News through the medium he knows best...Baseball.
